Kim Archer, VP Negotiations
The Vice-president Negotiations (VPN) is responsible for coordinating the union's negotiations related to the collective agreement. The VPN is responsible for establishing negotiations goals; coordinating the efforts of the Negotiations Steering Committee and the Negotiations Team; and coordinating research and data gathering efforts in anticipation of or in support of union negotiations and collective bargaining.
